Katie + Ross | Engagement shoot
Have I got a corker for you here! Start amending your life goals, because Katie and Ross’ pre-wedding shoot in Thaxted just moved the bar in terms of engagement photos.
Katie and Ross are getting married this September at The White Hart, Great Yeldham, and booked me for their wedding after they’d spied my photographs of a previous wedding I’d shot there (you can check it out HERE). I was happy they’d got in touch to arrange a Spring pre-wedding shoot, and we headed to the historic town of Thaxted, famous for it’s olde worlde cottages and buildings, but primarily its working windmill. So of course I made them go up it!
We battled our way past families on Easter egg hunts and got some great snaps around beautiful Thaxted. Katie and Ross seemed at ease in front of the camera, which is always a good thing, and I think you’ll agree that’s reflected in the photos below, so scroll down to see what I mean, and don’t forget to check back in September to see the photographs from their big day!
